Last Night at Crossfit Koncepts was another fun WOD. Our awesome instructor Mike Krivka put togther a great workout..
But First we warmed up with Deadlifts.
I achieved a personal record of 355lbs in my Deadlift.
The WOD was
7 Kettlebell Thursters
7 Pull ups
7 Burpees
7 Rounds for time
I did it in 23:40 with 44Lb Kettlebells..
